When trying to open the local nlnotes.exe on the server, I get this error message.

We have an agent that gets called from a java servlet using the Notes java API. To make it work, in previous versions of Notes I just needed to open the local nlnotes.exe, go to Files->Security->User Security, and allow the agent signer access to things.
